DRAFT — for lawyer review. This describes what the current preview site actually collects. It is not legal advice and is not a final privacy policy.

Who we are

SystemLatch is operated by Jayden Custureri (“we,” “us”), based in Ontario, Canada, offering done-for-you AI front-office services to US local service businesses. This preview site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (systemlatch.pages.dev).

Demo booking form (/api/demo)

When you submit “Book a 15-min demo,” we collect:

We do not collect a home address on this form. A honeypot field is present to deter bots and is not used as real data.

Storage: Bookings are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV bound to this Pages project (keys such as booking:<id> and slot:<slotId>). Slot keys prevent double-booking. An index of booking IDs is kept for the admin list.

Use: To schedule and follow up on demo requests. The operator reviews bookings in a token-protected /admin page. Automated email notify from this preview bot is not enabled until an agent inbox is claimed.

Live AI chat demo (/api/chat)

The Peak Plumbing chat is a demo AI receptionist. Messages you type are sent to a Cloudflare Pages Function and, when available, to Cloudflare Workers AI for a reply. We keep a short session counter in KV (session id → message count, ~1 hour TTL) for rate limits. We do not persist full chat transcripts in KV. Do not enter real personal or health information into the demo.

Admin area

Access to /admin and /api/admin/bookings requires a secret admin token configured as a Pages secret. Booking records can be marked contacted or deleted by the operator.

Security & cookies

Turnstile may set Cloudflare challenge cookies. The admin UI may store the token in sessionStorage on your device only.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Contact the operator to request changes to a demo booking.

Contact

Privacy questions: use the demo form email field for a reply, or the operator’s business contact once published.
